Revela-se um composto aromático da fórmula: (Vide fórmula) em que R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são, iguais ou diferentes, um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio ou um grupo metila com a condição que um dentre R^ 1^ e R ^ 2^ seja um átomo de hidrogênio, R^ 3^ é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo metila; e R^ 4^ é um átomo de halogênio, um grupo alquila C~ 1~ -C~ 2~ ou um grupo haloalquila C~ 1~ -C~ 2~, que é utilizável para controle das pragas de insetos.
