Chapa calço (2) para redução da folga Anel-virola (4), que é colocada entre o Anel (1) e a Virola (3), de Fornos rotativos construidos com a Virola apoiando-se diretamente sobre o Anel em uma ou mais Bases de apoio. Pode ser utilizada em Fornos rotativos de Clinquer, Cal e outros, para reduzir a folga Anel-Virola. A folga Anel-virola quando ultrapassa certos limites, gera paradas do equipamento por torsão e queda do refratário, além de provocar trincas na Virola.
