Abstract
Material de enchimento leve, contendo um velo de fibras de fiação, essencialmente orientadas em sentido bidimensional, que são afrouxadas e mantidas unidas por meio de microesferas ocas plásticas. Para produzir o material de enchimento leve, no velo de fibras de fiação, de orientação bidimensional, são decantadas partículas do pré-estágio não inflado de microesferas ocas, em forma de uma suspensão aquosa, secando-se o material assim obtido e aquecendo-o, pelo tempo necessário, para a temperatura necessária à inflação das partículas.
