Abstract
Sulfatos de glicerídeos parciais são obtidos, (a) reagindo-se misturas consistindo de triglicerídeos e glicerina com trióxido de enxôfre gasoso; (b) submetendo-se os produtos de reação ácidos, após a sulfuração a temperatura elevada, a um envelhecimento, e (c) em seguida, neutralizando-se com bases aquosas, em presença de um tamponador.
