Abstract
Verificou-se agora que peptídeos relativamente curtos, como o tripeptídeo glicila-propila-glicina são capazes de eficazmente inibir a infecção provocada por HIV das células e a formação de sincícios entre as células infectadas por HIV e as não infectadas. Os peptídeos são apropriados para terapia de pacientes infectados por HIV e na prevenção de infecção por HIV.
