Aparelho para proporcionar uma unidade geradora elétrica transportável (2). A invenção inclui um sistema elétrico (63) que funciona na base de despejos agrícolas ou biomassa. Uma concretização alternativa funciona com óleo cru. A unidade é afixada à plataforma do leito fixo (3) de uma viatura-reboque padrão e é transportável por um único caminhão. O sistema também é de altura apropriada para ser expedido em um container de expedição standard através de longas distâncias.
