Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM POLÍMERO DE POLIURETANO, POLÍMERO DE POLIURETANO MICROCELULAR E PRÉ-POLÍMERO DE POLI(OXITETRAMETILENO) POLIOL TERMINADO EM ISOCIANATO", incluindo um processo para preparar polímeros de poliuretano microcelular por reação de uma composição de poliisocianato orgânico compreendendo um pré-polímero de poli(oxitetrametileno) glicol terminado em isocianato com uma composição contendo hidrogênio ativo que compreende um poliéster poliol e um agente de ampliação de cadeia, na presença de um agente de sopro compreendendo água. Os polímeros resultantes apresentam boas propriedades físicas incluindo resistência à abrasão e durabilidade e são de valor em aplicações de solas de sapatos e aplicações automotivas.
