Abstract
Um transdutor piezelétrico ultrassônico que compreende um material piezelétrico (10) que possui um perfil, com o que o transdutor transmite e/ou recebe vibrações ultrassônicas num modo de dilatação (quase-longitudinal). O perfil é curvo e possui um ponto de inflexão. Apresenta um pico de vibração na faixa de freqúências 10 kHz - 200 kHz. A construção é executada por intermédio de perfilagem e tracionamento do material piezelétrico.
