Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de enzimas lignolíticas por meio de Phanerochaete chrysosporium, em que a) uma cultura do fungo da podridão branca Phanerochaete chrysosporium é colocada em um recipiente (1) sem agitação, fechado, b) ali, sob rotação e vibração do recipiente (1), são produzidos pellets de Phanerochaete chrysosporium e c) depois, são colhidas enzimas.
