Abstract
O dispositivo para produzir carga espacial na atmosfera compreende um elétrodo feito na forma de um (1) arame seguro com suportes (2) acima da superfície da terra (3) e conectado a uma fonte de alta voltagem. O arame (1) é na forma de uma pluralidade de linhas paralelas sobre uma área limitada por um círculo com um raio R, em cujo caso o comprimento L do arame (1) dentro desta área é selecionado da condição de satisfazer a razão L>3R. O dispositivo destina-se essencialmente à dispersão de nuvens e neblina.
