Uma composição detergente líquida para serviço leve para lavagem de louça, contendo (a) um tensoativo de polissacarídeo alquílico e (b) um tensoativo de éster alquílico de ácido graxo alfa-sulfonado e contendo, opcionalmente, um promotor auxiliar de espuma, no qual a proporção em peso de (a)/(b) é de cerca de 50/50 a cerca de 95/5. A composição demonstra boa remoção de gorduras e geração de espuma, sendo ao mesmo tempo suave para a pele.
