Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM AFASTADOR FLEXÍVEL PARA CIRCUNDAR ESÔFAGO. É descrita uma disposição construtiva em afastador flexível para circundar o esôfago que permite melhor adaptação à superfície do órgáo, sem o risco de lesão por perfuração, que compreende um cabo anatômico (10) com a projeção ortogonal de uma haste tubular (20) que apresenta na proximidade da extremidade proximal uma região flexível (21) com superfície dotada de múltiplos recortes intervalares dispostos perpendiculares à haste (20), dito cabo (10) que apresenta uma área fixa (101) e uma área móvel (102) que apresenta na região interna um elemento roscado (103) fixado em um tirante (104) cuja extremidade oposta é interligada um elemento de fixação (105) na porção interna da região flexível (21) que realiza o controle da flexão da região flexível (21) da haste tubular (20).
