Abstract
É previsto um método para separar os constituintes de gordura e proteína da carne de animais de sangue quente e peixe de partes não comestíveis, tais como tendões, pele e ossos. A fim de melhorar o rendimento e qualidade da carne de recheio a ser conseguido o material a ser submetido a uma pressão irregularmente crescente numa máquina separadora provida com uma correia na depressão altamente elástica e que gira sem fim (4) pressionada contra um tambor perfurado (1), a pressão fazendo as partes escoáveis escoar para dentro ao tambor perfurado (1).
