Abstract
UNIÃO ENTRE O EIXO DE ENTRADA DA MULTIPLICADORA E O EIXO DO GIRO DO ROTOR. A união entre o eixo da entrada da multiplicadora e o eixo do giro do rotar se realizar com uma flange anilhada que combina uma união por interferência entre a surperfície horizontal do eixo do rotor (4) e a face interna da flage (5),com uma união aparafusada entre a surpefície vertical da flange (5), e a face frontal do corpo multiplicado (4) correspondente ao eixo de baixa. A união por interferência adicionada uma ranhura entre ambas às superfícies com sua correspondente chaveta (9). Também se inclui um método de montegem com um tratamento superficial a uma temperatura T1, um aquecimento da flange (5) em um forno a uma temperatura T2, um anilhamento da flange (5) sobre o eixo do giro do rotor (4) fazendo coincidir a ranhura com chaveta (9), um posterior esfriamento e finalmente uma união aparafusada da flange (5) e a multiplicadora (3).
