COMPOSIÇÃO DE BARRA DE FRUTAS DESIDRATADAS INTEIRAS COM RECHEIO A BASE DE GRANOLA COM GRÃOS DE SOJA TOSTADA E LINHAÇA OBTIDA PELO PROCESSO DE COMPACTAÇÃO. Composição na qual é utilizada frutas em fatias ou rodelas numa proporção de cerca de 80 % cuja conformação pelo processo de compactação possibilita a estruturação da barra recheada com granola diferenciada com grãos de soja tostada e semente de linhaça, além do aporte nutricional rico em fibras, sais minerais, sem açúcar, sem glúter.
