Abstract
GERAÇÃO E REPRODUÇÃO DE SEQUÊNCIAS DE DNA E ANÁLISE DE POLIMORFISMOS E MUTAÇÕES UTILIZANDO CÓDIGOS CORRETORES DE ERROS. A presente invenção está relacionada ao método que usa códigos corretores de erros no processo de validação de polimorlismos e mutações/alterações em sequências de DNA que codificam sequências de polipeptídeos. A presente invenção também está relacionada a um sistema de comunicação digital por proporcionar o método, empregado no modelo do sistema de codificação biológico o qual se assemelha ao mais eficiente dos sistemas de comunicações. O método e o sistema de comunicação digital pode ser útil na análise preditiva de doenças originadas por mutações ou polimorfismos em genes.
