INSTRUMENTO CORTANTE ROTATIVO DE DUPLA CONICIDADE PARA DESGASTE E AJUSTE OCLUSAL, possuindo uma ponta cortante (1), do tipo broca, e uma haste de acoplamento (H) à peça de mão de um micromotor (M), motor de alta rotação; dito instrumento ou broca diamantada (1) possui uma região cortante com geometria de dupla conicidade (a1) e (a2) entre a porção apical (A) e basal (B) da parte ativa da ponta da broca (1), configurando dois setores de corte (2) e (3); a dupla conicidade (a1) e (a2) adota uma relaçâo dimensional angular entre a porção apical (A) e basal (B) da parte ativa da ponta da broca com as principais características: 30°< a1< 120°; 90°< a2 <140°, enquanto que a relação dimensional de largura e altura entre cada setor (2) e (3) da broca cortante (1) apresenta as seguintes relações: 1 < x1 < 4mm; 2 < x2 < 6mm; 1 < y1 <4mm; 2 < y2 < 6mm.
