Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAÃÃO DE PRODUÃÃO DE UMA CORRENTE RICA EM METANO E DE UMA FRAÃÃO RICA EM HIDROCARBONETOSEste processo compreende o resfriamento do gás natural de carga (15) em um primeiro trocador de calor (16), e a introdução do gás natural de carga resfriado (40) em um primeiro balão separador (18). Ele compreende a expansão (22), e a introdução do fluxo expandido (102) em uma coluna de separação (26) de uma corrente de topo (82) rica em metano e a remoção na corrente de topo rica em metano comprimido (86) de uma primeira corrente (88) de recirculação. O processo compreende a formação de pelo menis uma segunda corrente (96) de recirculação obtida a partir da corrente de topo rica em metano (82) a jusante da coluna de separação (26) e a formação de uma corrente (100) de expansão dinâmica a partir da segunda corrente de recirculação (96).
