MÃTODOS E APARELHO PARA USO NA FACILITAÃÃO DA COMUNICAÃÃO DE UMA INFORMAÃÃO DE REDE VIZINHA PARA UM TERMINAL MÃVEL COM USO DE UM PROTOCOLO COMPATÃVEL COM RADIUS.Um método de exemplo mostrado para requisição de uma informação de rede vizinha a partir de um dispositivo envolve a codificação de uma requisição para uma informação de rede vizinha e o envio da requisição para um servidor de autenticação para a obtenção da informação de rede vizinha. O método de exemplo também envolve o recebimento de uma resposta à requisição, a recuperação da informação de rede vizinha contida na resposta , e a decodificação da informação de rede vizinha. A informação de rede vizinha decodificada é armazenada.
