ALVO, PROCESSOS DE PRODUÃÃO DE UM ALVO POR PROJEÃÃO TÃRMICA E DE UMA CAMADA, CAMADA, TELA PLANA DE EXIBIÃÃO, COMPONENTE SEMICONDUTOR, E, UTILIZAÃÃO DE UMA CAMADA.Alvo de espessura nominal (e), compreendendo pelo menos um composto à base de molibdênio, caracterizado pelo fato de que apresenta: -uma microestrutura lamelar, - uma taxa de oxigênio inferior a 1000 ppm, preferivelmente inferior a 600 ppm, e especialmente preferivelmente inferior a 450 ppm, - uma resistividade elétrica inferior a 450 ppm, - uma resistividade elétrica inferior a 5 vezes, preferivelmente 3 vezes, preferivelmente ainda a 2 vezes a resistividade elétrica teórica do composto.
