Abstract
AÃO CARBONO LAMINADO A FRIO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA TIRA DE AÃO MOLA TEXTURIZADO POR LAMINAÃÃO A FRIO. A invenção refere-se a aço carbono laminado a frio, compreendendo (em % peso) 0,75 - 0,85% de C, máximo 0,40% de Si, 0,20 - 0,90% de Mn, máximo 0,035% de P, máximo 0,035% de S, máximo 0,060% de Al, máximo 0,40% de Cr, 0,003 - 0,010% de N, preferivelmente 0,005 - 0,008%, pelo menos um elemento de micro liga com um conteúdo de máximo 0,12%, o resÃduo consiste de ferro e impurezas de fundição. Como elementos de micro liga podem ser utilizados Ti, Nb, V e eventualmente Zr. Um aço carbono deste tipo é laminado a frio com um alto grau de redução de frio e pode ser utilizado particularmente como material para molas que se enrolam ou outros componentes com propriedades de mola.
