CÉLULA DE FLUTUAÇÃO AÉREA RÍGIDA E DE PRESSÃO VARIÁVEL. Célula composta de materiais compósitos e acetatos de alta resistência e baixo peso, preenchida com gás de baixa densidade em volume inferior ao total da célula, com balão flexivel em seu interior, cujo volume é alterado, para suprir de flutuabilidade aérea balões dirigíveis, e aviões de vigilância, dispensando outros elementos estruturais que não a Célula de Flutuação Aérea Rígida e de Pressão Variável e sem carregar lastro.
