DISPOSITIVO MECÂNICO PARA GERAÇÃO PROGRAMADA DE TORQUE RESISTENTE. A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo mecênico e seu método de projeto, formado por um conjunto composto por uma mola, um seguidor de rolete e um came com um perfil especial, que quando aplicado a uma máquina convencional para musculação é capaz de fornecer com precisão uma resistência dinâmica específica ao movimento de contração de um músculo esquelético, com o objetivo de aprimorar suas capacidades. O dispositivo, diferentemente dos sistemas convencionais, mantém o perfil de resistência requerido para o exercício em qualquer velocidade de execução, controlando os efeitos perturbadores das forças de inércia.
