Esta invenção está relacionada ao preparo de uma formulação de um revestimento a base de resina epóxi modificada, útil para coberturas e similares, e mais especificamente, a formulações de resinas epóxi, preferencialmente de resina epóxi novolaca, modificadas com siloxano que apresentam propriedades melhoradas no que diz respeito à flexibilidade, envelhecimento e resistência química.
