Abstract
COMPOSTOS RECEPTORES DE CXCR4. A presente invenção refere-se em geral a compostos que são moduladores alostéricos (por exemplo, moduladores alostéricos positivos e negativos, e agonistas alostéricos) do receptor acoplado à proteína G para o fator derivado do estroma 1 (SDF-1), também chamado de receptor CXCR4. Os compostos receptores de CXCR4 são derivados de laços e domínios in- tracelulares do receptor CXCR4. A invenção também se refere à uso destes compostos receptores de CXCR4 e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os compostos receptores de CXCR4 no tratamento de doenças e condições associadas à modulação de CXCR4, como transplantação de medula óssea, quimiossensibilização, câncer, doença metastática, doenças inflamatórias, infeção com HIV e medicina regenerativa baseada em células- tronco.
