Abstract
MÃTODOS PARA DETERMINAR A EFICIÃNCIA DO LIGANTE TROCADOR DE SÃDIO-PRÃTON. A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para determinar a eficiência de um ligante de canal iônico compreendendo (a) colocar em contato uma célula que expressa o canal iônico com (i) o plasma de um animal e (ii) o ligante de canal iônico e (b) determinar o efeito do ligante de canal iônico sobre a célula.
