Abstract
DISPOSITIVOS DE TENSIONAMENTO DE CABO E MÃTODOS RELACIONADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos, métodos e kits para tensionar cabos durante um procedimento de modificação de tecido. Em algumas variações, um cabo acoplado a âncoras incrustadas no tecido pode ser tensionado para fornecer um efeito de aperto (cinching) que aperta ou comprime o tecido trazendo dois pedaços ou seções do tecido juntas. Em certas variações, o cabo pode ser então preso (isto é, para manter a tensão), e/ou excesso de cabo pode ser cortado. Os dispositivos, métodos e/ou kits podem ser utilizados, por exemplo, para minimizar procedimentos invasivos.
