Abstract
SUBSTRATO PARA UM DISPOSITIVO ÃPTICO-ELETRÃNICO.A invenção se refere a um substrato para um dispositivo óptico-eletrônico, com um tecido de monofilamentos e/ou fibras poliméricas, o qual é projetado para o propósito de implementar e/ou suportar uma camada de eletrodo, sendo que as fibras têm um diâmetro entre 20 (Mi)m e 100 (Mi)m, em particular, entre 30 Mim e 80 Mim, o tecido tem aberturas de malha as quais implementam uma área aberta de 70% a 85% e o tecido é dotado com um revestimento de um material polimérico transparente, não condutor elétrico, de tal forma que as fibras são ao menos parcialmente cercadas pelo material polimérico.
