PROTEÃNA DE ADESÃO DE BACTERIÃFAGO, MÃTODOS PARA DETECTAR BACTÃRIAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS, MÃTODOS PARA PURIFICAÃÃO SELETIVA E PARA ENRIQUECIMENTO OU PURIFICAÃÃO DAS CÃLULAS BACTERIANAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS E/OU COMPONENTES CELULARES E KIT COMPREENDENDO AS DITAS PROTEÃNAS DE ADESÃO DE BACTERIÃFAGO.A presente invenção se refere a proteÃnas de adesão de bacteriófago que se ligam ao antÃgeno O de bactérias gram negativas, perdendo a habilidade de se ligar ao bacteriófago e de hidrolisar polissacarÃdeos. A invenção também se refere a moléculas de ácido nucléico compreendendo uma sequência codificando as proteÃnas da presente invenção. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção se refere a um método para a geração de bactérias de adesão do bacteriófago. A invenção adicionalmente se refere ao uso das ditas proteÃnas e método de detecção, purificação e enriquecimento de bactéria.
