Abstract
SISTEMA TERAPÃUTICO TRANSDÃRMICO PARA A ADMINISTRAÃÃO DE FENTANILA OU UM ANÃLOGO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema terapêutico transdérmico para administração de um ingrediente ativo através da pele compreendendo: (a) ! uma camada posterior; (b) um reservatório na camada posterior compreendendo o ingrediente ativo, poli-isobutileno, um formador de gel e um plastificante, uma parte do ingrediente ativo no reservatório está presente na forma de partÃculas não-dissolvidas e o teor do formador de gel no reservatório é no máximo 4% em peso (com base no peso total do reservatório), onde o ingrediente ativo é Fentanila ou um análogo da mesma.
