INVÃLUCRO PARA BOMBA, REVESTIMENTO PARA BOMBA, BOMBA CENTRÃFUGA E MÃTODO PARA ADAPTAR UM REVESTIMENTO DENTRO DE UMA BOMBA CENTRÃFUGA. Um invólucro para bomba para uma bomba centrÃfuga, que compreende uma abertura de entrada, uma saÃda de descarga e uma superfÃcie de transição que se estende entre uma superfÃcie periférica interna da câmara de bombeamento principal e uma superfÃcie periférica interna da saÃda de descarga, a superfÃcie de transição disposta para separar um fluxo de saÃda em uso de material na saÃda de descarga de um fluxo de recirculação em uso de material na saÃda na câmara de bombeamento principal; a superfÃcie de transição possui uma folga com um segmento perfilado que compreende uma saliência que se estende de forma irregular a partir de uma superfÃcie de transição normalmente redonda, arqueada ou em forma de U e é configurada de tal forma que, em uso, a velocidade e/ou a turbulência resultante do fluxo em uso do material sendo bombeado na câmara de bombeamento principal é reduzida.
