Abstract
FIBRA MONOFILAMENTARSão descritas aqui fibras monofilamentares, compreendendo pelo menos uma resina polimérica e pelo menos uma fibra revestida, em que pelo menos uma carga revestida tem um tamanho de partÃcula médio menor do que ou igual a cerca de 3 mÃcrons e/ou tem um corte de topo menor do que ou igual a cerca de 10 mÃcrons e em que a pelo menos uma carga revestida está presente em uma quantidade menordo que ou igual a cerca de 50% em peso, em relação ao peso total das fibras monofilamentares. São também descritos aqui métodos para produzir fibras monofilamentares, compreendendo adicionar carbonato de cálcio moÃdo em pelo menos uma resina polimérica e extrusar a mistura resultante.
