Abstract
SISTEMA E MÃTODO DE SELETIVAMENTE APLICAR TENSÃO NEGATIVA à LINHA DE PALAVRA DURANTE OPERAÃÃO DE LEITURA DE DISPOSITIVO DE MEMÃRIASistemas e métodos d.e seletivamente aplicar tensão negativa à s linhas de palavras durante a operação de leitura de dispositivo de memória são divulgados. Em uma modalidade, um dispositivo de memória (100) inclui- um circuito lógico de linha de palavra (110) acoplado a uma pluralidade de linhas de palavra (108) e adaptado para seletivamente aplicar uma tensão positiva (V) a uma linha de palavra selecionada acoplada a uma célula de memória selecionada que inclui um dispositivo de junção de túnel magnético (MTJ) e aplicar uma tensão negativa (NV) à s linhas de palavra não selecionadas.
