APARELHO COM SISTEMA FLEXAO DINÂMICA DE EXERCÍCIOS FÍSICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de exercícios fisicos que tem sua execução através de um flexor: cabo flexível com puxadores em suas extremidades e corre em roldanas oscilando aos movimentos de flexão alternada dos braços nos exercícios superiores e flexão das pernas nos exercícios inferiores do corpo, com aparelho adequado a disposição de quatro flexores que permitem a execução de todos os exercícios que o sistema oferece.
