A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo eletrônico de realidade virtual (1) e a um método de criação de realidade virtual, mais especificamente a um dispositivo portátil para ser utilizado por um usuário (6) para sua inserção virtual em locais reais ou virtuais, cuja câmera (3) capta imagens do usuário (6) que são inseridas na tela (2) do dispositivo, simulando a presença do usuário (6) nos ambientes projetados.
