PROCESSO PARA PURIFICAÇAO DE ALIMENTOS ATRAVES DA OZONIZAÇÃO, caracterizado por uma primeira etapa o alimento ser inserido em um misturador em constante movimento, onde através de um sistema de dispersão, o gás Ozônio é injetado em concentração e vazão de ar controlada, dessa forma através da ação de óxido-redução, o gás atua na redução de contaminantes na superficie dos alimentos.
