PROCESSO PARA INIBIR PROLIFERAÇÃO BACTERIANA.Descreve-se um processo cujo objetivo é inibir a proliferação de bactérias em bebida a base de vinho. O processo consiste em se alocar o recipiente contendo bebida a ser tratada, sobre uma fonte emissora de radiação ultravioleta e este conjunto é envolto por uma caixa, com circulação de ar na forma de aberturas na parte inferior e superior. Também é realizado o controle de temperatura entre trinta à cinquenta graus Celsius, sendo o tempo de permanência nestas condições de até vinte e cinco dias.
