Abstract
PROCESSO DE ENRIQUECER C.AMADA SUPERFICIAL DE LIGAS INOXIDÁVEIS SOB PLASMA O processo da presente invenção refere-se a um processo de enriquecer uma camada superficial de ligas inoxidáveis sob plasma, com condicionamento inicial da atmosfera pela eliminação de oxigênio residual, onde o dito processo compreende simultaneamente as etapas de: a) tratamento por bombardeamento iónico para depassivação e ativação da superfície; b) cementação sob plasma a baixa temperatura; e c) pós-tratamento por bombardeamento iânico. As etapas do dito processo ocorrem de forma seqúencial, em um mesmo ciclo, sem abertura do forno.
