Abstract
ALICATE DE TRAVAMENTO. O alicate compreende uma montagem fixa e uma segunda garra móvel em relação à primeira garra entre uma posição aberta e uma posição travada, fechada. Um pivô móvel conecta a segunda garra à montagem fixa de tal modo que o pivô móvel possa se mover em relação à montagem fixa quando a segunda garra está na posição travada, fechada e um torque é aplicado ao alicate. A segunda garra é configurada de tal modo que uma força resultante na segunda garra esteja dentro do pivô fixo, entre o pivô fixo e o pivô móvel.
