Abstract
PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE TECIDOS DE CARBONO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE BIOCATODO OU BIOTODO. A presente invenção se refere ao processo de tratamento dos tecidos de carbono (TCs) carboxilados previamente em ácido nítrico em refluxo para a preparação de monocamada de azul de metileno ou seu derivado (azure A, B ou C) adsorvido ou ligado com carbodimida, seguido da deposição da enzima e sua imobilização com glutaraldeido na presença de solvente polar. Nesta invenção são utilizados os extratos enzimáticos de lacase do cogumelo Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), peroxidase (Curcubita pepo) e álcool desidrogenase da levedura (Saccharomices cerevisae) . A densidade de energia da biocélula a combustível se encontra preferencialmente entre 0,1 e 5,0mW.cm^-2^ e a densidade de corrente elétrica se encontra preferencialmente entre 0,1 e 20,0mA.cm^-2^.
