PROCESSO SUPORTADO POR TELA ATIVA EM/SOBRE SUPERFICIES E ESTRUTURAS OBTIDAS A PARTIR DE TAL PROCESSO A presente invenção descreve um processo para o revestimento de superfícies, em especial superfícies poliméricas, com nitreto de carbono, através da aplicação de plasma de nitrogênio excitado a 600-800 V. A presente invenção também proporciona as superfícies revestidas obtidas, com aplicação principalmente na indústria metal-mecânica.
