Também, um método que compreende a aplicação da composição na mão esfregando as mãos entre si até que uma mudança sensorial detectável nas mãos seja percebida, e enxágüe das mãos com água. A composição fornece um sinal a um usuário para continuar a lavar durante um tempo suficiente. Esta partÃcula de sÃlica se desintegra em um tamanho que não é sentida por um usuário, e isto indica ao usuário que já houve um tempo suficiente para a lavagem.
