COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, E, USO DE UM COMPOSTO.A presente invenção refere-se de uma maneira geral ao campo de compostos terapêuticos para tratar distúrbios proliferativos, câncer, etc., e, mais especificamente, a determinados compostos de pirido[2,3-b]pirazina substituída em 8, como descrito aqui, que, inter alia, inibem a atividade de RAF (p. ex., B-RAF). A presente invenção refere-se também a composições farmacêuticas compreendendo referidos compostos, e ao uso de referidos compostos e composições, tanto in vitro como in vivo, para inibir a atividade de RAF (p. ex., BRAF), para inibir a atividade de receptores tirosina quinase (RTK, receptor tyrosine kinase), para inibir a proliferação de células, e no tratamento de doenças e distúrbios que são melhoradas pela inibição de RAF, RTK, etc.,distúrbios proliferativos, como câncer (p. ex., câncer colorretal, melanoma), etc.
