PROCESSO PARA DIMINUIR O AMARGOR E MELHORAR O SABOR DE FÃRMULAS INFANTIS LIVRES DE PROTEÃNA E HIDROLISADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para diminuir o amargor ou melhorar o sabor de uma fórmula infantil livre de proteÃna ou hidrolisada. O processo, compreende misturar ingredientes da fórmula e ajustar o pH da fórmula até entre aproximadamente 6,5 e aproximadamente 7,2.
