Abstract

A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para a purificação de uma biomolécula alvo, que compreende as etapas: (a) contatar (i) uma biomolécula alvo, (ii) um poIipeptÃdeo de afinidade dupla e (iii) um suporte sóIido que compreende um ligando de captura em que a razão entre as constante de dissociação de equilÃbrio do polipeptideo de afinidade dupla, [KD,t/KD,s], é pelo menos 10° nas condições padrão; e (b) recuperar a biomolécula alvo pela eluição.
