Abstract
EXTRUSOR HELICOIDAL COM ALIMENTADOR DE ÃMBOLO MERGULHADORA presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de extrusão de materiais, que inclui um extrusor de rosca helicoidal com um alimentador de êmbolo mergulhador. Ele inclui um extrusor de rosca helicoidal com uma carcaça principal, uma rosca helicoidal para avanço de materiais, um mecanismode acionamento de rosca helicoidal, uma abertura de alimentação, para introduzir materiais a ser extrudados e uma abertura de saÃda de extrusão. Ele também inclui um alimentado r de êmbolo mergulhador com uma carcaça de êmbolo mergulhador alongada, inclinada para cima (não horizontal), por exemplo, um cilindro, com um êmbolo mergulhador. Um mecanismo de êmbolo mergulhador está conectado ao êmbolo mergulhador para mover o êmbolo mergulhador para cima e para baixo dentro da carcaça de êmbolo mergulhador, e há uma saÃda de alimentação em uma extremidade superior da carcaça de êmbolo mergulhador, em que a saÃda de alimentação estáconectada à abertura de alimentação do extrusor de rosca helicoidal.
