Abstract
MÃTODO PARA DETERMINAR A ATIVIDADE DO FATOR VON WILLEBRAND NA AUSÃNCIA DE RISTOCETINA E PARA DETERMINAR A ADAMTS-13 PROTEASE. A presente invenção está localizada no campo de diagnose de coagulação e se refere a um método in vitro para determinar a atividade do fator von Willebrand (VWF) em uma amostra. O método inclui o uso de uma variante de ganho de função mutante da proteina de GPlba, desse modo tornando possÃvel aplicar com o uso de ristocetina, botrocetina ou outra substância equivalente a ristocetina ou botrocetina. A invenção também se refere a um método para determinar a atividade de clivagem do fator von Willebrand (VWF) da ADAMTS-13 protease.
