Abstract
HASTE INTRAMEDULAR COM PRENDEDOR PIVOTANTE E MÃTODO PARA USO DA MESMA. Uma haste intramedular para uso com um prendedor para reparo de um fêmur inclui uma barra alongada que se estende ao longo de um eixo geométrico longitudinal e que tem um tronco e uma cabeça. A cabeça é provida com uma abertura que se estende ao longo de um eixo geométrico em um ângulo com o eixo geométrico longitudinal para o recebimento do prendedor. Um mecanismo é portado pela cabeça para pivotamento do eixo geométrico da abertura a partir de uma primeira posição inclinada em relação à cabeça para uma segunda posição inclinada em relação à cabeça. Um método para uso da haste e do parafuso é provido.
