O difusor (450, 550, 650, 750, 850, 950) pode ter um formato curvo e/ou uma curvatura (455) na proximidade de uma ponta (408, 508, 608, 609) do impulsor (405, 505, 605). O formato curvo pode ser definido por um ou mais raios de curvatura (Rc, Rc1, Rc2). O difusor (450, 550, 650, 750, 850, 950) pode se estender numa direÃ§Ã£o radial que Ã© nÃ£o-ortogonal Ã linha central do turbocompressor (400, 500, 600).
