Abstract
AMPLIFICAÃÃO ESPECÃFICA DE SEQUÃNCIAS DE DNA ESPECÃFICAS DE TUMOR. A presente invenção prevê ainda um método para detecção e diagnóstico de câncer. A presente invenção fornece um método de amplificação seletiva das sequências de DNA do tumor hipometilado derivadas de um sujeito para detecção de câncer. Este método utiliza a metilação diferencial para permitir a amplificação seletiva de sequências especÃficas do tumor a partir de misturas de DNA que contêm uma elevada proporção de DNA hospedeiro normal. A invenção também fornece métodos de uso das sequências de DNA do tumor amplificadas para avaliação de metilação.
